St Vincent’s Residential Development will be located on the Northwest side of the property. It will contain approximately 14 apartment blocks with 824 apartments varying in height from 4-12 stories, including ancillary accommodation, common areas, tenant facilities, basement car parking and retail units. The residential scheme will include landscaped public and private open space, as well as retention and refurbishment of several protected structures including the old Convent Building, buildings of Historic interest, and a small chapel.
St Vincent’s Hospital Fairview includes the construction of a new purpose-built 2 storey 4000m2 Mental Health Facility on a 5ha site within the lands. The facility includes the Conservation and re-purposing of Richmond House (a protected structure) and ancillary buildings, gardens, courtyards, as well as a new entrance off Richmond Road, site access and car parking. The purpose-built hospital facility will be located on land to South East within property retained by St. Vincent’s Hospital.
