The Maynooth University Academic Building will provide additional teaching, meeting, and office space to accommodate the university’s growing student population. While this building is being constructed in its entirety, it is divided into two phases split roughly in half into Phase 1 and Phase 2, which are both due for completion in Summer 2021.

The Maynooth University Academic Building is a four-storey, 10,500sq/m building comprising of three lecture theatres, teaching spaces, open plan and cellular offices, meeting rooms, café and ancillary areas and roof plant areas. Surrounding the building includes soft and hard landscaping, site services and the provision of 60 covered bicycle parking spaces adjacent to the new building.
