Fitout Verification Bankcentre

About Project

CJK completed phase 1 & 2 of the 300,000sq/ft fast track CAT-B office fit- out of Metas’s second largest campus globally. The works were carried out over 5 storeys of all the blocks in the former AIB Banking Centre Buildings.

This multi-storey construction was fast tracked and completed within 6 months. The vast buildings comprised a combination of open plan office spaces, cellular meeting rooms, break out spaces, print stations, catering facility and ancillary areas, IDF rooms for network distribution & training rooms.

The building was delivered to the highest LEED and BREEAM performance ratings to ensure that the building operates efficiently with a low operational cost.

The 7 working floor areas were designed to encourage collaboration, provide quiet concentration areas and support smaller meetings. The ground floor provides another meeting and training area, with a visitor lounge prominent at the front of the building welcoming visitors to the space. The lower ground houses a large cafe area, which also gives scope to use for town hall meetings and staff wellbeing facilities such as a games area and gym.

The finished setting provides a professional and practical work space, with innovations for users and visitors to come together and use a variety of work locations to aid productivity and wellbeing. A comprehensive static and roller racking system allows for a bespoke filing solution tailored exactly to our clients’ needs.

TESTIMONIAL
Mark Duffy, Regional Director
“SUIR Engineering Ltd engaged the services of DCT on the WuXi Biologics project in Dundalk. DCT BIM design team were responsible in developing a coordinated 3D model for the Electrical and Instrumentation services in the DK 2 building. It was their responsibility to supply enough information to the SUIR Construction team to fabricate and install the items as per the intended design. The DCT BIM team had full responsibility to update the BIM model for all components, containment, devices & equipment and ensuring correct space allocations are applied for access and maintenance.”
