Charlestown Phase 2 serves as the 2nd phase of the overall Charlestown development and is comprised of residential and retail units. John Paul Construction were responsible for the design, construction and fitout of 375 new high-quality residential apartments for immediate occupation on handover. The apartments are spread over six new blocks and are 6 -storeys above podium level on an existing live residential and shopping centre campus.

The development includes all associated car parking, 450 m/sq of retail space and extensive hard and soft landscaping. John Paul Construction made extensive use of off-site manufacturing techniques in the construction process to drive programme, cost and quality efficiency.
