Central Bank of Ireland

About Project

With over 1 million square feet of offices, apartments and shops, Dublin Landings’ pedigree as the new commercial heart of the Irish capital is part of an overall new city block, which is home to the Central Bank of Ireland. Dublin Landings blocks 4 & 5 were completed to grey box and the full fit-out of these blocks for the Central Bank of Ireland.

The buildings are supported from a podium above a double basement, constructed with the main vehicular site access provided from Castle Forbes Road to the east of the development.

We supported our client on the project BIM Modelling production for the electrical services. Onsite support was also provided.

I've worked with DCT on a number of commercial and industrial projects to date and I'm more than happy with their performance. Keith, Owen and Graham, have an in-depth knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services and produce an excellent fully co-ordinated BIM model, with dimensioned drawings that are easy for Tradesmen to read, and install too on-site. They are always available for meetings, can take the lead, seeking clarification, while raising RFI's for clarity with the Design Teams. I would highly recommend DCT for any BIM/Co-ordination drawings required for M&E projects.
