In my role as Office Manager, I manage the running of the DCT Group office, any HR matters, and day-to-day activities within the Group. I work closely with our Group CEO, Joseph Mady, as well as the MD’s of our offices in Croatia and Argentina.

I began my career in Administration roles primarily in the financial industry in Dublin. In 2002, my role transferred to Edinburgh, Scotland to cover a short-term leave of absence but loved it so much I wound up staying there for 6 years!
On my return to Dublin, I worked mainly in HR based roles and always enjoyed the administrative, organisational and analytical aspects to these roles, as they allowed for the development of very practical and cross-functional skills.
What you like about the industry?
It’s great that the construction industry is not a stationary one; it is always looking forward – continually utilising new technologies, encouraging the development of new skillsets, coming up with new and exciting ways to design and manage projects and builds. It is constantly moving, evolving, and embracing of change.

Every day is something different! DCT provides a very niche offering within the construction industry and it is a great place to learn new skills, develop as a professional and work with a committed and valued team.
