De-risking your digital project

We oversee the Design team and review the federated model, models, and drawings
  • De-risk the design process to ensure that no elements are missed. All packages have an owner and are placed in the BIM model
  • This ensures that what is on the drawings is in the model
We ensure the Design team is communicating and services are coordinated in relation to BIM and associated tasks
  • De-risk where services are interfacing or have not been placed in the model which is required. (Civil services with architectural, security with electrical etc.)
We ensure the design team is completing their scope and the project is designed correctly
  • Ensure that all required elements are placed in the model at the design stage
  • Ensure the building has been designed correctly with the required space when transitioning to the construction stage
  • Ensure access and maintenance zones are placed in the model
  • Ensure the design team are demonstrating the egress route in the model (roof and plant rooms)
We ensure the design team has allowed for the maintenance strategy in the model and can demonstrate it
  • De-risk maintenance issues as at a later stage when the contractors must add additional detail in the BIM model, the movement space has been allocated
We oversee the outputs against the programme
  • Ensure that areas are being progressed in a timely manner and flagged if the model is not progressed as an early warning
We produce monthly reports
  • Ensure that all issues are tracked and clearly communicated to all
